What counts as a "stop"?
A stop is a single visit to a location for a service or delivery. If you service the same address 4 times in a month, that's 4 stops.
Why is a demo required?
stopSuite handles a lot. We want to make sure it's the right fit for your operation, and that you understand the full scope of what you're getting. The demo is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
What's the setup fee for?
Your setup fee covers the migration specialist who configures your account, imports your existing data, sets up your portal, and trains your team. The exact amount depends on the complexity of your operation.
What happens when I pass 100 locations?
Your monthly base moves from $150 to $250. Nothing else changes. Same platform, same features, same data. Just a higher base to reflect the larger operation.
Do I need separate subscriptions for SMS, GPS, or billing?
No separate subscriptions. Every feature is built into the platform. For SMS and Voice, you bring your own Twilio account and pay Twilio's wholesale rates directly. We use your API key to power those features, so there's no middleman markup. Credit card processing fees go straight to Stripe.
