Your office lives on the phone. A missed pickup, a cart swap, a new signup who wants to talk to a person before they commit. stopSuite now puts the phone inside the software: click any phone number in the suite and a browser phone opens with the number already typed in. Press the green call button and you are talking through your computer, with the customer's account on the screen in front of you.
Calling Built Into the Suite
There is no phone hardware to buy and no bridging the call through your own cell first. Anyone on your team with outgoing calling enabled gets the browser phone automatically the first time they open it, and every call is logged under the caller's name, including whether the customer picked up. A Recent tab keeps each person's own calls one click from a redial.
Sound quality gets its own tab. Pick your microphone and speakers, watch a live level meter while you talk, hear your own voice back on a test call, and run a network check that scores your connection, so you know how you sound before a customer does. And if you would rather talk on your cell, the option to route a call through your own phone is always right there.
Voicemail Triage on One Screen
Voicemails land in a list built for working through a morning's messages fast. Each row shows who called, how long ago, and a transcription, with its own play button. One click calls the customer back, another marks the message complete, and you never leave the page.
Driver Flags That Assign the Follow Up
Out on the route, a flag can now open a task all by itself. When a driver flags a stop for contamination or a damaged cart, the teammate you choose gets an assigned task linked to the customer, the address, and the stop, with the driver's notes and photos attached. The follow up call is waiting in their task list before the truck is back in the yard, and now they can make it without leaving the suite.
It is all part of the same route management software that runs your routing, billing, and customer portal, whether you are in waste collection, trash hauling, or compost pickup. Take the tour and see it in action.
