Open a stop in the driver app and the location's recent flags are right there in the stop details: everything that location has been flagged for over the last 90 days, each one with a count of how often it came up, most frequent first. A cart flagged Contaminated four times since spring reads that way at a glance instead of looking like a first offense.
That changes what the driver does next. Instead of guessing, they can photograph it, leave the right tag, or call it in to the office knowing this is a pattern and not a bad morning. On a compost pickup route, where one contaminated load can get an entire truck rejected at the facility, that is the difference between catching a problem in week two and finding out at the processor.
There is nothing to configure. It uses the flags your team already works with, and it appears automatically for any location with history behind it. Flags from the route the driver is running right now are left out, so today's work never doubles as its own history.
After Hours Calls Straight to Voicemail
