We are thrilled to announce that stopSuite is currently available in the App Store for both drivers and customer support reps! We have done rigorous testing on both Apple and Android devices and we are ready to hand it over to you for the final tests.

Android

The Android v3 is currently available for beta users only. Our plan is to launch v3 for all users starting March 1st 2026. You can join (or leave) our open beta program anytime by visiting the stopSuite listing in the Play Store.

Built-in Communication

You can now communicate with your customersdirectlyfrom the stopSuite app! That's right...there's no longer a need to be at your computer to view incoming SMS messages from customers (and respond!), view customer profiles, listen to voicemails, and more! These features are directly linked to your Twilio number, so you'll always be communicating with your customers directly from your business phone number when using the stopSuite app.

This feature is disabled by default on the team user level. To enable it, go to Team > Team Users. Edit a team user and expand the Settings. Under Driver App Settings, there's a new setting forEnable customer support.

Navigation & Stops

The driver interface has also gotten a slight face lift! New features include dark and light color themes, Spanish translation, adjustable text size (small, medium and large), a driver tutorial of the app, and more! To view all of these settings from the dashboard view, click the gear icon in the upper right corner next to your name. From the route view, tap the button with the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner then tap Settings.
