Big week at stopSuite! The headline: our rebuilt email editor is now live for every client. We also shipped saved filters for your lists and made the cancellation flow smarter for you and your customers.

A Brand New Email Editor

We rebuilt the Direct Email editor from the ground up, and after weeks of polish it is now available to everyone. Compose with drag and drop blocks and pick from three themes: System Themed matches your automated notification emails and follows your branding, Custom lets you style colors, card corners, and footer content, and Vanilla keeps things plain for a more personal feel.

What you see while editing now matches what your customers receive, right down to the text sizes. And duplicating an email finally copies everything: theme, styling, images, and audience rules all come along for the ride.

Saved Filters on Every List

Every list in the management suite now has a bookmarks button next to the filters. Build the filter set you use every day, save it with a name, and reapply it in one click. Keep saved filters personal or share them with your whole team.

Smoother Cancellations

The cancellation request form in the customer portal now asks customers to pick a preferred final service day for each of their locations, and it explains that a real person reviews every request before anything is final. When a request comes in, the emails your team receives now include everything the customer wrote on the form, so you can see the why without opening their account. There is also a new optional Cancelled At column on the subscription list showing exactly when a subscription ended.

That's the week! As always, reach out if you have questions about anything new.
