New Inline List Views

Theservice locationmodule on the customer detail page has been redesigned to match our existing UI throughout the system. Features include:

  • search by address or nickname

  • filter by status (active, inactive, archived)

  • toggle additional columns

Optional columns that you enable will remain "sticky" based on your team user's selection and will display the same way on all other customer pages. For example, if you toggle on the city and service notes columns, those columns will show on all customer pages:

On the route detail page, thestop listalso has optional columns, including customer tags, weight, scheduled services, services rendered, actions, images and driver notes. Once you toggle on optional columns, they will show for all stop list views on the route detail page. The ability to filter is also still available, but it's now collapsed by default.

Automatically Log Emails to Customer Timelines

We're excited to announce a new feature that makes it easy to keep track of your customer communications.

How It Works

When you email a customer, simplyBCCthe following address:

yourschemaname@logs.stopsuite.com

That's it! The email will automatically appear in your customer's timeline, keeping all your communications in one place.

As a reminder, your schema name is the portion of your website URL that comes before .stopsuite.com.

Requirements

  • TheTOaddress must match an email on file for one of your customers

  • Add the BCC address to every email you want to log

Emails that you send to the customer with the BCC will populate in the Recent Activity section as a Bcc Email Log and will include the subject, date, from name/email, and message.
