Winning new business is half the job for a growing hauler, but keeping track of prospects usually means a spreadsheet on the side or a separate CRM subscription that never talks to your routing software. stopSuite now includes a built-in Leads module, and starting this week it is available to every account from the stopSuite Labs page.

Lead Management Built Into Your Route Management Software

The Leads module lives right alongside your customers, so your sales pipeline and your operations finally share one system:

  • Capture inquiries automatically. Requests from your website inquiry forms land in your pipeline as leads, complete with the answers to your custom questions. Every inquiry collects an email address, so every lead is reachable, and new lead alert emails give your team the full picture at a glance.

  • Track every prospect through your pipeline. Organize leads by stage, log notes and activity, and see where every potential customer stands.

  • Convert leads into customers in one step. When a prospect signs on, converting the lead creates the customer record and keeps the full history connected.

  • Plan the routes before the ink dries. You can attach a lead to a customer record you set up early, with locations and services in place, so you can see exactly how the new business lands in your routes while the quote is still open.

You can also set up AI voicemail lead capture and automatic mailing list enrollment from the Leads settings page, so after-hours callers become trackable leads instead of missed calls.

Whether you run trash hauling routes or curbside compost pickup, the Leads module means the software that optimizes your routes now helps fill them too. It is one more piece of the full stopSuite feature set, ready to enable from stopSuite Labs.

Export a CSV Straight from the Service Map

The service map picked up a new trick this week as well. Select any group of pins with the lasso or shape tools, open the Actions menu, and export a CSV of exactly those services. You pick the columns, including location nicknames, city, state, and zip, so a selection that spans several towns comes out readable and ready for mailings, audits, or route planning.
