Your website should be selling for you around the clock. This week stopSuite shipped three new ways to turn website visitors into customers, starting with a live, interactive map of everywhere you service.
An Embeddable Service Area Map for Your Website
You can now embed an interactive map of your service areas and pickup locations directly on your own website. Pick exactly which areas and locations appear, copy a single line of embed code, and the map is live, complete with a preview so you can see it before it ships. It runs on the same lightweight script as the stopSuite signup form plugin, so if that is already on your site there is nothing new to install.
The map also answers the first question every prospective customer has: do you pick up here? Turn on the built-in address search and visitors can type their address, instantly see whether it falls inside your service area, and jump straight into your signup form with the address already filled in. Whether you run trash hauling routes or curbside compost pickup, the distance between finding your website and becoming your customer just got a lot shorter.
A Public Opt-In Page for Your Mailing Lists
If you use stopSuite's email marketing tools, you now have a public opt-in page on your own domain. Anyone can subscribe, no customer account required, so you can grow your mailing lists from your website, social media posts, and email signatures. Choose which lists appear, customize the wording, and share direct links that preselect a specific list.
Route Opt-In Links for Seasonal Collections
Running a holiday tree pickup or a one-day pumpkin compost collection? Route opt-in links let you share a secure link that adds interested customers directly to a specific route. Each sign-up lands on the route as a stop with your instructions attached for the driver, and your team is notified as names come in. It is a lightweight way to fill seasonal routes with zero manual data entry, and it works hand in hand with the rest of stopSuite's route management software.
That's the week! As always, reach out if you have questions about anything new.
