The service map now has a search box for ZIP codes, counties, and states, and picking a result drops the real boundary onto your map as an editable shape.
Search a Boundary, Get a Service Area
Type a ZIP code, a county name, or a state name into the new search box beside the address search. Choose the match and stopSuite zooms to it, outlines the exact boundary, and selects every customer service already inside it. One more click on New Area from Shape creates the service area with the title filled in for you.
The boundaries come from the Census Bureau, so a ZIP split into disconnected pieces loads as separate parts, and every shape stays editable. Drag a point to follow a highway or trim a corner you do not serve. Service areas drive pricing, signup eligibility, and the address check on your website, so a hauler expanding into a new town can get them right in minutes.

Contract Expiration Dates with Renewal Notices
Commercial accounts run on contracts, and contracts run out. Every contract in stopSuite can now carry an expiration date, shown on the contract, on the customer's account, and in red on your contracts list once it has passed. Set a lead time and notification addresses on the contract or its template, and stopSuite emails a renewal notice as the date approaches.
Drip Messages Triggered by a Customer's Pickup Count
Drip emails and text messages can now fire after a customer's Xth stop. Send a check-in after the third successful pickup or ask for a review after the tenth, counting only successful stops or every stop a driver submitted, and limit the count to specific schedules.
