Address Page

The first page of the sign-up form got a slight face-lift! The new form uses a cleaner layout, follows accessibility best practices, displays a new cart feature, and overall has improved readability. In addition, the "Next" button is now "Check Availability" which is more action-oriented:

Package Pages

Once a customer has entered an address in one of your service areas, the workflow will be the same. A few visual changes include:

Trials will automatically populate below the plan description freeing up your badge text space for other important plan info. To select a plan, customers will simply click the option they prefer and a border will appear indicating their selection.

A new cart module will automatically populate when a customer selects a plan. This will provide clarity on what the customer is selecting and their amount due. If you have the feature enabled for customers to select the week they'd like to begin service, a dropdown menu will appear in the cart module too.

One-time Add-ons

The final page of the sign-up form before the customer gets to the Stripe checkout page has also gotten a revamp! The available shop products (which are controlled on the service area level) are more compact so the customer can view more products at once. When a customer selects a product, they can read the full description (if it was truncated) and also purchase more than one at a time! The cart and amount due will automatically update accordingly.

Optional Feature

On the second page of the sign up form (after the customer has entered their address but before they select a package), you can enable a new feature that will give your customer the opportunity to confirm their service location. In other words, similar to how as a stopSuite team user, you can go to the customer's location detail page and drag the red marker to the correct spot, this will allow your customer to do it for you.

There are additional settings you can enable for the feature, including when you want it to be displayed.

Go to Settings > Registration > General to review the customizable options.

Address pin adjustment:This allows you to decidewhenthis page is displayed in the sign-up form. You can disable it by default, only show when a customer enters an incomplete address (think, a new development that hasn't hit Google maps yet), or always show it.

Address pin radius:This setting allows you to determine the maximum distance that a customer can drag the pin.

Address pin instructions:This field allows you to customize the text at the top of this page.
