Each service type in stopSuite gets its own volume recording mode. Prompt your drivers for the volume they collected and the driver app shows a volume field on every matching stop. Prefer a standard figure? Set an average volume per service and stopSuite records it, multiplied by the quantity serviced, every time a driver completes the stop. Turn it on for one service type or update fifty at once with the bulk update action.
Businesses using stopSuite's route optimization get an extra payoff: the same average weight and volume figures feed capacity planning, so the optimizer knows how full each truck will be before it leaves the yard.
Bill the Overage by the Cubic Foot
Billing profiles now carry a maximum volume, a price per cubic foot over that limit, and your own wording for the invoice line. Set the allowance to zero to bill every cubic foot collected, or set a real number to bill only what goes over it on each visit. Weight and volume overage are independent, so a profile can bill either, both, or neither. Charges post automatically as routes are completed.
