  • Instantly update customers with real-time notifications for service completion or delivery. stopSuite supports customized alerts like contamination warnings and delivery confirmations, keeping customers informed on their service or delivery status.

  • Our app integrates with Google Maps and Waze, among others, for one-click navigation to your next stop, eliminating manual address entry.

  • stopSuite will enter "offline mode" when it detects a loss of internet connection. While in offline mode, you can still submit stops and stop images and they will be put in a queue to be uploaded automatically when connectivity is restored.

  • Drivers will be able to see the estimated time they will arrive at their end location. This stat is always visible from the bar of stats at the bottom right of the screen. 

  • When set, drivers will receive a pop-up confirmation if they attempt to submit a stop beyond the distance threshold set on their Team User driver app settings.

  • Drivers complete comprehensive vehicle checks before hitting the road. Tailor inspection items to your needs and organize them into logical groups. Each item supports pass/fail marking with optional photo evidence and notes. When drivers flag issues or add documentation, automatic alerts instantly notify your designated team members via email. This is a highly customizable feature that can be used to export reports for regulatory requirements.

  • Our live-tracking map will ensure your dispatch team is always in sync with your drivers by showing life GPS updates through our management suite.
